VisualStudio2012에서 TeamFoundation에 접속할 때 다음과 같은 오류로 접속되지 않을 때 해결방법입니다.

TF31003: Either you have not entered the necessary credentials or your user account does not have permission to connect to the Team Foundation Server at https://***.visualstudio.com/. Ask your server administrator to add the appropriate permissions to your account.

 

해결방법

해결책을 구글링 해보면 여러 가정과 해법을 제시하고 있지만, Internet Explorer의 Cookie를 모두 삭제하는 방법이 효과가 있었습니다. 쿠키가 제거됨으로써 기존의 로그인 정보가 모두 삭제되면서 TeamFoundation 로그인 창이 나타나는 것을 볼 수 있었습니다.

VisualStudio2012에서 TeamFoundation접속 시 Internet Explorer를 통해서 로그인을 진행하며, 따라서 위의 오류는 Internet Explorer에 남아있는 과거의 잘못된 로그인정보가 쿠키로 남아있기 때문에 나타나는 증상인듯 하다고 합니다.

혹시 비밀번호 등 계정정보를 변경한 적이 있으신가요?
